Water’s Edge is a custom home project we are building in the Waterford subdivision in Leland, NC. This home is for an out of town couple, and features two master suites downstairs for multi-generational living.

The home backs up to a neighborhood waterway, within sight of a pedestrian bridge. The occasional kayaker will drift by in the afternoons.

Completion anticipated Winter of 2015.
